Who we are
HAUS is an independent creator representation and brand partnerships agency. The data controller is Christopher Heanue, trading as HAUS. Contact address: 98 Point Pleasant, London, SW18 1PR. Privacy contact: info@haustalent.co.uk. You can also send privacy questions through our contact page.
What we collect and why
For creator enquiries, we collect your name, email, selected platforms, handles, follower counts and whether you currently work with brands. For brand enquiries, we collect your contact and company details, campaign description and any optional website/profile, budget, timeframe and creator requirements. General enquiries contain your name, email and message.
We use this information to assess and respond to enquiries, maintain relevant correspondence and manage potential business relationships. We record submission dates, review status, internal notes and email processing state. Enquiries do not subscribe you to marketing.
Lawful basis
When you ask us about representation or a campaign, we process the information needed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. For general correspondence, reviewing relevant business opportunities and maintaining secure records, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us and operating the agency. You can ask us about these interests or object to processing based on them.
Storage, recipients and email
The implemented system stores enquiries in Cloudflare D1. Authorised HAUS users access records through a protected Studio enquiry area. Cloudflare supplies hosting and database infrastructure. Google Workspace handles our business correspondence. Where website notifications and acknowledgements are enabled, Google's Gmail API sends them through the HAUS Workspace mailbox. These providers may process information outside the UK. Where a restricted international transfer applies, an appropriate transfer mechanism is required, such as adequacy regulations or contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
Email failures do not remove stored enquiries. A durable outbox records processing attempts and whether Gmail accepted a message. API acceptance is not proof of delivery to an inbox.
Retention
We review unsuccessful or inactive enquiries 12 months after the last meaningful contact. We delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed, unless there is a documented reason to retain it. Active creator or brand relationships, contractual records, accounting records and information needed to resolve a dispute are retained separately for as long as the relationship, applicable obligations or a justified need requires. Technical rate-limit counters expire after an hour; limited technical identifiers are used to prevent form abuse.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, receive it in a portable form, or object to processing. Contact HAUS using the verified contact route above. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful use.
Cookies and technical data
This public website uses no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Cloudflare security and protected Studio authentication may process technical request data and use essential authentication cookies. Form request identifiers prevent duplicate submissions. The browser does not persist your form answers in local storage.
